Baby Birthday Bash #1

In celebration of Isaac's first birthday (and to catch up with people we love), we threw a baby bash at Aunt Madeline's house in Gilbert. It was great to see everyone and we survived the record high -- 111 degree -- evening.

My sister Milissa is a lifesaver and helped me make this monkey cake. Isn't it cute?

We used chocolate donuts for the ears, york peppermint patties for the eyes and chocolate-covered pretzels for the hair.
