"To Die For" Blueberry Muffins

I found this recipe on the Internet today. Really easy to make (Isaac even helped!) and very yummy. Thought I'd share the love.

RECIPE
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 cup fresh blueberries (I thawed out frozen ones and they were good)

Crumb Topping
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup room-temperature butter, cubed
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin pan or line with muffin liners. Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Place vegetable oil in cu measuring cup. Add egg and enough milk to fill cup. Mix this with flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups right to top and sprinkle with crumb topping mixture. Crumb topping: mix sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon. Mix with fork and sprinkle over muffins before baking. Bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven or until done.

Christina's Christmas Craftiness

Craig's parents handed down two of Grandma Margaret's hand-made Christmas stockings that I love. This year I decided to make a couple more to match.

I knew how to crochet scarves and rags and things, but with the help of the Internet I learned how to make "granny squares" that you crochet together to make the stocking.

It was fun to learn something new. Look how they turned out!

Oh so crafty...
