Sunday and Visiting Teaching in Philly

Eliza, Mom and Sophie after church.

In Relief Society, my mom stood and introduced herself as my mother and Isaac's grandma. Shortly thereafter, Sophie stood, introduced herself and clarified that SHE was actually Isaac's grandma. :)

Okay, brace yourself for this next picture.... Does he look familiar, anyone?

If you're in our ward, you're probably thinking, yeah, it's Matt. But, if you're part of my family, you may see some serious resemblance to my little brother, Bubba, serving a mission in Indiana right now.

These beautiful gerber daisies are from Sister Raschka -- a little warmth and happines for my house until the spring comes.

Okay, back up one day.

On Saturday, my mom came visiting teaching with me. We were amazed at Fatmata's huge barrell of rice. She says that it only lasts her and her 3 kids for 2 months!! You can't see in the picture, but that barrell is full.

This is the house on 65th and Elmwood that burned a couple days after Christmas, killing 7.
Finally, my mom got a tour of the Kingsessing cemetary.

How long have you been Fatmata's visiting teacher? I think you might have been with her all four years. You are amazing. I miss Eliza and Sophie. They look good.
